Scott Paul, President of the Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM), joined the America’s Work Force Union Podcast on Black Friday to discuss the 11th edition of the Made in America Holiday Gift Guide, which features a curated list of American-made gift ideas from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Paul highlighted the growing demand for American-made products, with surveys indicating that 77 percent of Americans prefer to purchase Made in USA items for holiday gifts. Despite the challenges of finding these products, the guide simplifies the process by showcasing various options, from toys and electronics to apparel and even gifts for pets. The guide not only supports American jobs but also celebrates the creativity and entrepreneurship of local businesses.

Among the standout products featured in this year's guide are trendy dress sneakers from BLKSWN in Mississippi and handcrafted luxury bath products from Bath Sorbet. Paul said that these selections demonstrate the innovation and quality of American-made goods. The guide also includes well-known brands like Little Tikes and highlights union-made products, reinforcing the importance of supporting ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Paul emphasized AAM's commitment to advocating for policies that bolster American industry and jobs. As the political landscape evolves, the organization remains focused on building a strong manufacturing base in the U.S. By promoting American-made products, the guide plays a vital role in this mission, offering consumers the opportunity to make a positive impact with their holiday shopping.
