The Mechanical Insulators Labor Management Cooperative Trust (LMCT) is a Labor Management organization of The International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers and their signatory contractors. Our organization educates anyone on the benefits of mechanical insulation, fire stopping and hazardous waste remediation and the positive effect it has on our economy and the environment. Mechanical insulation, when properly installed by well highly trained professionals, will reduce the emissions of greenhouse gas emissions, prevent energy loss, control condensation and protect the health and safety of building occupants and users. The LMCT has over 100 years of combined experience and expert knowledge in the mechanical insulation industry.
The Mechanical Insulators Labor Management Cooperative Trust (LMCT) is a program to promote the heat and frost insulation industry and expand opportunities for International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers and its Signatory Contractors that started in 2007.
