Columbus/Central Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council Executive Secretary-Treasurer Dorsey Hager made his monthly appearance on the America’s Work Force Union Podcast and provided an update on Intel’s $20 billion microchip plant project.

Site work was awarded and the work on this position of the project will take place over the next four to six months.

Hager also talked about recruitment efforts to meet the construction demand, the need for more affordable housing, Ohio’s state legislative jurisdictional  maps and an update on the campaign of Kelly Harrop, Communications and Outreach Director for the Central Ohio/Columbus Building and Construction Trades Council, who is running for the a seat in the Ohio House Third District.
